I have a massive list of about 70,000+ possible US construction companies that I need to qualify as residential or commercial, and then determine if they build single units or multi family. Basically, it's going to cost a whole lot to use Claygent to qualify this list even with APIs, does anyone have any tips or tricks to bulk research the list a bit more affordably?
How much are your anticipating it would cost? In my experience, this shouldnβt run more than $500. Is that too much?
Hey Eugene, you can use an API key to pull in different chat models instead of a claygent to enrich the data - will be significantly cheaper.
Hey, thatβs a great use case β and yes, running that through Claygent directly can get pricey. At Panoptic, we handle large-scale data qualification like this using a mix of enrichment APIs, web scraping, and AI-assisted classification to segment companies (residential vs commercial, single-unit vs multi-family) at a fraction of typical enrichment costs. Happy to take a look at a sample of your data and suggest the most cost-effective approach. β Sourabh linkedin.com/in/sourabh85 panopticanalytics.com
