Suggestions for Choosing Natural and Effective Domain and Mailbox Names for Cold Email Outreach

Hey everyone I'm about to start my cold email outreach and planning to buy 2 domains and set up 3 mailboxes. My name is Rajiv and my company name is Subtello I'm trying to pick good domain names and mailbox names that look natural and not spammy for cold email outreach. Would love to hear your suggestions for domain name ideas

Hi Rajiv! I highly suggest going with domains that include your company name, since it builds more trust and, in the long run, prevents people from reporting your emails as spam. Prospects are less likely to click or engage with emails that have a different name from the company's name. For this, you can use different endings (like subtello.ai, subtello.com, subtello.net, etc.). I also have a positive experience creating domains like email.subtello.ai (as an example). I've found that anything suggesting this is cold outreach only (like getsoftware, outreach, etc.) is more spammy. So go with the company name for sure.
