To persons running GTM agencies, Do you let your clients purchase the infrastructure (domains, inboxes) or do you buy these inboxes for your clients and add markup in your invoices for the infrastructure?

Normally clients purchase the domains and mailboxes themselves, then share the credentials with us and we handle the rest.
