Using Clay for Analyzing PDFs and TXT Files in Call Transcripts

Hi, has anyone used Clay to review PDFs or TXT files as a column field? We are looking to use Clay to breakdown call transcripts and analyze the data.

Yes you can do that in Clay just upload your PDF or TXT files in a column then use a Claygent column to read and analyze them it’ll extract summaries and key insights easily
