Best Dialer Software Recommendations for Cold Calling and Affordable Alternatives

guys any dialer suggestion for cold calling ? i tried krisp call but it says i need consent to make calls, just call is another option but it comes a little expensive, close crm is again also expensive. What are you guys using to make calls ?
