Design & Architect GTM Workflows & Systems ● Map the customer journey and design systems that automate handoffs and state changes. ● Build workflows for lead scoring, routing, nurture, re-engagement, and expansion. ● Own integration strategies: connect tools via APIs, webhooks, middleware, or low-code automation. ● Automate repetitive tasks (data hygiene, enrichment, routing) to reduce manual effort. ● Develop reusable frameworks and templates for deployment across clients. 2. Data Modeling & Activation ● Support CRM and data warehouse data structures to ensure integrity and scalability. ● Operationalize predictive models, scoring, segmentation, and ICP attributes. ● Integrate signals and scores into workflows, triggering alerts and automations. ● Track and optimize performance metrics to improve efficiency and conversion. 3. Client-Facing & Strategic Partnering ● Translate client business goals into scalable GTM system designs. ● Participate in scoping, discovery, and solution design with revenue leaders. ● Present technical proposals and advise on tradeoffs and possibilities. 4. Internal Infrastructure & Scaling ● Build internal dashboards, templates, and tools to accelerate client delivery. ● Standardize winning plays into frameworks for reuse across engagements. ● Vet new tools, test emerging automation frameworks, and recommend adoption.
