Frayto is Hiring an Outbound GTM Engineer for Mumbai Office
š¢ Frayto is looking for a hands-on Outbound GTM Engineer to build our outbound motion from scratch and own GTM tooling & automation end-to-end. This is a builder role, working closely with founders and the sales team ā not a pure sales or marketing role. Core responsibilities:
Set up the outbound GTM motion from scratch and run experiments/campaigns
Own GTM tooling & automation (CRM, sequencing, enrichment, workflows)
Work closely with Founders, SDRs, and AEs to improve execution
Improve lead qualification, routing, and feedback loops
Track outbound metrics end-to-end (leads ā meetings ā pipeline)
Who this is for:
2 to 3 YoE in GTM Ops / Sales Ops / RevOps with at least 1 year as GTM Engineer
Strong understanding of B2B SaaS outbound and funnels
Hands-on with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn etc.
Comfortable in an early-stage, fast-moving environment
