Hiring GTM Ops Lead: Remote Player-Coach Role Available
Hiring: GTM Ops Lead (Player-Coach) — Remote We’re building a GTM Operations Support team that acts as an internal ops layer for B2B companies. Looking for a hands-on GTM Ops Lead who enjoys being close to the work — reviewing outputs, coaching judgment, and enforcing quality. This is execution-first. You’ll review real work, not slides. Engagement • Full-time or near full-time (30–40 hrs/week) • Initial 3 months, long-term potential • Fully remote What you’ll do • Daily QA of trainee outputs (CRM checks, lead routing QA, data/research work) • Coach operators on judgment (fix vs flag vs escalate) • Run live reviews + feedback sessions • Enforce GTM hygiene & QA standards • Maintain QA scorecards & readiness assessments • Support a structured 12-week training program • Certify operators as Tier-1 / Tier-2 ready • Escalate only meaningful issues to the founder What we’re looking for • 5+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM Ops • Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot and/or Salesforce required) • Experience fixing broken pipelines, routing, or data issues • Prior experience reviewing / QA-ing junior work • Comfortable in fast-paced, multi-client environments Tools & systems (hands-on) You should be fluent in most of the following: • Salesforce or HubSpot – Pipeline & object hygiene – Lead routing & lifecycle logic – Data quality & reporting issues • Clay – Account & contact enrichment – GTM research workflows – Data validation & list QA You don’t need to be perfect in all three — but you must be confident reviewing and correcting work in at least two. Strongly preferred • Agency or multi-client delivery experience • Experience training or mentoring junior operators • Familiarity with Clay or GTM enrichment workflows • Experience supporting B2B SaaS or lead-driven teams This role is NOT • RevOps consulting • GTM strategy ownership • Sales leadership • Campaign execution If your background is primarily advisory or strategic, this won’t be a fit.
