📧 Hiring: Senior Cold Email Manager (Claude/Claude Code Experience) We’re seeking a full-time Email Campaign Manager to join our B2B cold email agency, specializing in financial services. If you have a passion for outbound marketing and AI, specifically with Claude and/or Claude Code. ❓ Scope:
Manage high sending volume - Up to 300k sends/day
Leverage Claude + Claude Code to generate scripts, conduct market research, and perform data analysis.
👀 What We’re Looking For:
PROVEN EXPERIENCE with Claude and/or Claude Code
1+ year of experience in SDR, cold email outreach, or a similar role.
B2B marketing experience in financial services is a plus.
Fluent English with strong writing skills.
Deep understanding of cold email strategies, personalization, and deliverability best practices.
Data-driven mindset – ability to track and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs).
Quick learner who is adaptable and open to new strategies.

Full-time, offshore contractor position
Compensation: Base salary + multiple commission plans
Ideal regions: Latin America, or Eastern Europe
