Hiring: GTM Engineer (Full-Time) Patagonia is a B2B demand generation agency that builds and runs top-of-funnel engines for complex, high-consideration sales. We design ICPs, source and validate leads, craft multi-touch sequences, run daily outreach, manage replies to booked demos, and transfer know-how to client teams. You will own the technology that powers Patagonia’s client results. Think of this as RevOps + Marketing Ops + Deliverability + AI workflows in one role. You will design, implement, and run the outreach stack partnering with Account Managers who lead the human sales motion. Over time, this role can expand into Patagonia’s Head of GTM.
