Hiring GTM Engineer / GTM Team Lead for Remote Global Role at H2M Agency
🚨 GTM Engineer / GTM Team Lead wanted - remote, global, slightly dangerous with Clay
Hey Clay fam 👋
We’re H2M, and we’re kicking off a pretty spicy GTM project for a company building age verification, identity verification and digital trust tech for regulated industries.
We’re looking for a GTM Engineer / GTM Team Lead to help lead the GTM engine behind this thing.
This is not a “manage a spreadsheet and send some emails” kind of role.
We need someone who can think like a strategist, build like a nerd, and operate like a revenue assassin.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll help design, build and run the GTM machine: Clay workflows, enrichment logic, outbound systems, lead scoring, account segmentation, signals, automations, CRM flows, reporting and all the beautiful messy stuff that turns chaos into pipeline.
You’ll also help lead the GTM execution team, working with SDRs, AEs and leadership to make sure the system actually produces meetings, opportunities and revenue.
What we’re looking for:
Someone with 2–3+ years of experience as a GTM Engineer, Revenue Ops builder, SalesOps operator or GTM Team Lead.
Bonus points if you’ve already led a small GTM team, built serious Clay tables, connected weird APIs, broken workflows at 2am and somehow made them better by 2:17.
Must-have energy:
You know Clay.
You understand outbound.
You can build systems, not just campaigns.
You speak CRM, enrichment, sequencing, signals, deliverability and pipeline.
You’re comfortable leading humans and machines.
You’re remote-native, async-friendly and allergic to corporate fluff.
The setup:
🌍 100% remote
🧠 Global talent welcome
