We run paid across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and more. We do it differently than everyone else. What you'll do: ā¢ Own paid media strategy and execution across multiple platforms ā¢ Build and manage Clay workflows for lead enrichment and audience targeting ā¢ Run campaigns end-to-end: launch, optimize, report, iterate ā¢ Work directly with the founder (no layers, no fluff) Hard requirements: ā¢ Hands-on experience with *Clay* for enrichment and audience building. Non-negotiable. ā¢ Familiar with *Synter* (syntermedia.ai) for cross-channel paid execution, or willing to learn it fast.
