Hiring GTM Engineer for Man.digital: Build Automated Revenue Workflows, Europe (Poland) Based, Part-Time Role

About the Role At Man.digital, we are looking for a GTM Engineer who is equal parts commercial thinker and technical builder. You will build and scale the automated workflows that drive our inbound and outbound motions, helping us find our "GTM alpha." Key Responsibilities
Architect Revenue Systems: Map customer journeys and build highly scalable, automated workflows rather than just patching together software.
Bridge Technical & Commercial: Act as a strategic thought partner. Brainstorm on audience, value propositions and suggested strategies.
Focus on ROI: Apply a strong "commercial bias" to your work. Ensure that every automation or system you build answers the question: "Does this workflow actually help open a real opportunity?"
What We’re Looking For
Technical Fluency & Curiosity: Familiarity with tools like Clay, Smartlead, Heyreach, Twain, LLMs and HubSpot Integration
Sales DNA: A background in Sales. You don't need to have carried a quota, but you must deeply understand sales teams as your end-users and have strong customer empathy.
Systems Thinker: You get excited about diagramming workflows, diving down technical rabbit holes, and solving root-cause problems rather than just treating symptoms.
High Adaptability: The GTM and AI technology landscape evolves rapidly. You find this constant change and the need to quickly master new platforms energizing.
