Hiring Full Time GTM Engineer Remote (Available EST hours) Compensation: $30,000-$50,000/yr We're a B2B cold email lead generation agency looking for someone with a strong understand of cold email to design, launch, and manage cold email campaigns from scratch. Responsibilities:
Create campaigns from scratch based on high-level strategy provided by GTM Strategist
Optimize ongoing campaigns - A/B testing subject lines, messaging angles, and targeting
Meet with GTM Strategist to explain campaign performance clearly and confidently (reply rates, positive replies, booked meetings, deliverability issues, etc.)
Maintain internal tracking and detailed weekly reporting for GTM Strategist
Requirements:
Strong communication skills and fluent written and verbal English
Available from 9am-5pm EST
Strong understanding of cold email lead generation and Clay
Experience with Smartlead or Instantly
Proactive problem solver
