Head of GTM — Growsurely.com We’re a cold email and outbound lead gen agency sending over 1M emails/month for 40+ B2B clients. Clay, Instantly, and AI infrastructure at the core. We’re hiring a Head of GTM to own strategy across our entire client base. Not an execution-only role - you’ll shape how our clients go to market, sharpen their messaging, and work directly in the tools. What we’re looking for:
Hands-on B2B GTM experience - 2+ years minimum required (outbound, cold email, or lead gen background preferred)
Comfortable with Clay
Based in Europe or the Americas
