Hiring GTM Role for Agency: Looking for Early Career Candidates in Europe and the US

Hey everyone! First time messager, long time clay head here. Hiring for a gtme role for our agency - anyone know anyone good who is looking for a role and reasonably early in their career? We are currently only looking for people based in Europe and the US (sorry - i know there are plenty of amazing GTM people outside of that!) Clay, Copy, Deliverability & Claude Code skills plus a demonstrated experience of running great outbound (ideally across multiple clients). We have built an outbound system that generates thousands of leads across 30+ clients. We're looking for someone to help us 10x.
