We’d be interested in speaking with candidates who could fit one of two roles (or both): BX’s Own GTM Engineer
You’re a pro at GTM engineering for B2B professional services firms like BX
You’d help accelerate BX Studio’s growth through list building, signal design, outbound campaigns, paid media, sales enablement - or any ideas you have for how we could win more clients and scale faster
Focus would be on GTM engineering tactics that can put us in touch with clients seeking services like website redesign/migration, AEO/SEO, and ongoing website support
GTM Engineering Department Founder (Full JD linked)
We’re interested in offering GTM Engineering services to our clients - and are looking for a brilliant GTM and client services leader to found and scale this department from the ground up
You’d define our GTM Engineering service and delivery model, lead department sales, hire a team, and scale the practice
Your business would get a huge accelerant through cross-selling to our book of 70+ active clients
We previously scaled our SEO department to $500k in ARR in 6 months through this approach
You’d have high compensation upside tied to practice growth
