I’m hiring an Outbound Lead for one of my clients in NYC and figured this community might know the exact type of person.
We’re looking for someone who has personally built an outbound engine from scratch, think:
owning email + phone + direct mail
building lists, workflows, and automations
wiring tools together (Clay, sequencing, enrichment, data workflows)
running experiments to improve reply rates + meetings booked
creating early playbooks and scalable systems
working as a hands-on IC for the first 6–12 months
This is not a “manage an SDR team and send dashboards” role.
This is truly 0 → 1 outbound, high ownership, high autonomy, inside a fast-growing AI startup.
Location: NYC (in office)
Comp: 185–250k + stock
