Mission: reply to every interested lead we receive for clients’ cold email campaigns in under 5 minutes and turn them into booked, showed-up meetings.
What you'll be doing
Monitor 5–20 client inboxes (Mon–Fri, 9–5 EST)
Respond to interested prospects and schedule via Calendly
Keep track of follow-ups to interested leads and to no-show leads
Spot reply patterns, tweak templates, and improve KPIs using AI prompts
