They’re now hiring a GTM Engineer — someone who’s technical, scrappy, and knows how to build fast with low-code/no-code tools. What you’ll do: • Work directly with early customers to design, build, and launch high-impact GTM workflows • Use tools like Clay, Zapier, Retool, Make, and HubSpot to automate and streamline GTM processes • Prototype internal tools and customer-facing demos that show off the product’s power • Collaborate closely with product, sales, and engineering to remove friction from adoption • Turn customer pain points into real solutions — fast You: • Have strong hands-on experience with Clay — ideally in a GTM or automation context • Love experimenting with tools like Make, Zapier, Retool, and CRMs to solve messy GTM problems • Are technical enough to write or tweak scripts, but prefer moving fast with no-code • Thrive in fast-paced, early-stage environments where you wear multiple hats • Are based in the Bay Area and open to hybrid work This is a high-ownership role with early equity and the chance to help shape how agentic AI gets deployed in the real world.
