📧 Hiring: Senior Cold Email Manager We’re seeking a full-time Email Campaign Manager to join our B2B cold email agency, specializing in financial services, including loans, tax credits, merchant processing, and health insurance. Manage high sending volume - Up to 300k sends/day
Market Research & ICP Development – Identify and build ideal customer profiles (ICPs) for targeted outreach.
Cold Email Copywriting – Craft engaging, high-converting cold email sequences.
A/B Testing & Optimization – Experiment with different messaging angles and targeting strategies.
Data Analysis – Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and refine strategies for improved conversion rates.
👀 What We’re Looking For:
1+ year of experience in SDR, cold email outreach, or a similar role.
B2B marketing experience in financial services is a plus.
Fluent English with strong writing skills.
Deep understanding of cold email strategies, personalization, and deliverability best practices.
Data-driven mindset – ability to track and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs).
Quick learner who is adaptable and open to new strategies.

Full-time, offshore contractor position
Compensation: Base salary (2500-3000 USD) + multiple commission plans
Ideal regions: Latin America, or Eastern Europe
