You’ve worked with cold email or outbound before
You understand the cold email tech stack (sending tools, inboxes, deliverability, CRM)
You’ve been a CSM, Account Manager, or Sales Rep
You’re confident owning client communication and strategy
You can manage 30–40 clients without chaos
