🚀 Hiring: Head of Growth @ MediaLab MediaLab is looking for a "builder" on the rise to be our Customer Zero. We aren't a traditional agency; we are a GTM Engineering Partner. We design and operate Clay-powered growth engines for B2B SaaS. We need someone to own that engine for us globally. This is for you if:
You think in systems and data structures, not just "campaigns."
You live in Clay & HubSpot.
You want to move from a Senior IC/Lead role into your first true leadership position.
You’d rather write the playbook than just run one.
The Role (full JD here):
Own end-to-end growth strategy and internal GTM engineering.
Strengthen our relationship within the Clay ecosystem.
Work directly with the Founder with high autonomy.

🌎 Location: Fully Remote (Must be based in US/Canada)
