Recomaze.ai Hiring Merchant Growth Architect in Austin, TX
Hi, everyone - Recomaze.ai is hiring a Merchant Growth Architect, based in Austin, TX (hybrid, in office 3 days a week) What You’ll Do ● Own the full merchant sales cycle from first contact to close for upper mid-market and enterprise merchants ● Lead technical discovery and implementation support, ensuring seamless Recomaze integration on merchant sites ● Analyze merchant funnels and performance data to identify opportunities to increase conversion rates and average order value (AOV) ● Build trusted relationships with Heads of eCommerce, Product, and Digital CRO leaders at $20M–$500M GMV brands ● Hit and exceed sales quota, managing an active pipeline of large merchants through HubSpot and outbound tools ● Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to ensure merchant needs shape the Recomaze roadmap ● Contribute to building playbooks, case studies, and best practices for scaling future GTM and onboarding teams What You Bring ● 5+ years in a quota-carrying role selling or implementing B2B SaaS for eCommerce merchants (ideally $20M+ GMV brands) ● Strong technical aptitude — you’ve led merchants through onboarding/implementation and can troubleshoot in the weeds ● Track record of exceeding sales targets while improving customer business outcomes (AOV, conversion rate, LTV) ● Deep understanding of the modern eCommerce stack, ecosystem, and merchant buying behavior Based in (or willing to relocate to) Austin, TX, and able to be in the office 3+ days/week Growth mindset, bias for action, intellectually curious and humble, and a collaborative, customer-obsessed approach Bonus: you’ve been a founder of an eCommerce business or a SaaS business that supported growth for eCommerce merchants with >$50M in annual GMV email us at better@recomaze.ai with your resume and a description of why you'll be a good fit.
