Founding SDR Lead (Outbound) — US $90k–$120k base + double OTE (uncapped) + equity US-based only | You get on the phone Why you’d care You’ll be the first outbound hire in an AI SaaS company that grew revenue 8× in the last 9 months. You won’t inherit broken sequences, bad data, or a bloated SDR team. You’ll build the outbound motion from scratch, do the work yourself, and decide what scales. You’ll get:

Pick up the phone and book meetings with senior buyers
Turn cold accounts into real SQLs for AEs
Write outbound that sounds human, not automated
Build cadences that work and kill the ones that don’t
Own tools, data quality, and experimentation
Document what works so others can follow later
You’ll be doing this yourself first. No hiding behind dashboards. What you’ll need
2–5+ years doing outbound in B2B SaaS
Proof you’ve created enterprise pipeline, not just activity
Comfort calling Directors, VPs, and C-level
A phone-first mindset (this is non-negotiable)
Experience with tools like Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach, HubSpot, Clay, or similar
US residency (this role is US-based only)
