You'll build and run cold outbound systems that generate qualified conversations for B2B clients across Europe. 🌍 Not a 100% remote role, so you need to be in Barcelona or willing to relocate later this year. ☀️ 🛠️ What you'll do
Build and run cold outbound campaigns end-to-end
Write outbound copy that actually gets replies
Manage deliverability, sending infrastructure, and reply handling
Jump on sales calls with prospects
Follow our SOPs and make them better as you go
🧠 Who you are
Based in Barcelona, or ready to move there later this year
Fluent in English plus 1 other EU language (any)
Experienced with tools like Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, or similar
Solid background in cold outbound, copywriting, or GTM
Detail-oriented, proactive, self-sustaining
Comfortable on sales calls and posting on LinkedIn
Growth-oriented and hungry to learn
