Hiring a GTM Engineer for Outbound Lead Generation at Launchpad
Launchpad GTM Engineer 🚀 Hello people that use Clay! We're seeking a GTM Engineer who will be the architect of our outbound lead generation engine. You'll own the entire lead generation pipeline, from identifying ideal prospects to booking qualified appointments for our clients. Additionally, you'll help establish and refine the lead generation frameworks that we deploy for our clients. Launchpad Innovations is revolutionizing how small and medium-sized businesses leverage AI to scale their operations. We provide an all-in-one AI-powered platform that replaces multiple expensive tools with a unified solution costing a fraction of the price. Beyond our software platform, we also provide done-for-you lead generation services for our clients, handling everything from prospect identification and data enrichment to appointment setting. Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain targeted contact lists using Clay and Apollo
Design and execute multi-channel prospecting campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other channels
Manage data quality and hygiene ensuring our CRM maintains accurate, enriched contact information
Develop replicable lead generation frameworks that can be deployed for client campaigns
Email Sequencing: Build and optimize multi-step email sequences in Instantly.ai (or similar platforms), conducting A/B tests on messaging, timing, and cadence
CRM Integration: Ensure seamless data flow between prospecting tools and Launchpad's internal CRM system
Conduct ongoing A/B testing on subject lines, email copy, CTAs, and sending patterns
Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate qualified prospects with sales team calendars, optimizing show rates
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in sales operations, growth marketing, or lead generation roles
Proven expertise with Clay
Strong experience with email automation tools (Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, or similar)
Technical aptitude with ability to navigate APIs, webhooks, and marketing automation tools
Excellent written communication for crafting compelling outreach copy
Self-starter mentality who can work independently and manage multiple campaigns
