Here's what it does. → Gets updated daily via Clay → Creates snapshots of old data → Segments each customer according to their health flag plus tier priority → Assigns to a particular team member → Each team member got his own isolated view → Ilija the super admin got master view Not just that. → We also track who upgraded or downgraded → What was the behaviour before upgrading or downgrading → Proper handoff to the respective team member if it's an upgrade or downgrade Smartlead, Tolt and Churnkey all integrated. → Smartlead to take quick initiative (campaigns) based on segments → Churnkey to track who churned and their feedback All of that within 48 hours.
