Bulk Apollo list Hey everyone - I have a bunch of Apollo lead lists and I wondered if anyone knew of a service that was able to run those lists in bulk, rather than running them inside Apollo?

Hey Ruadhán Ó. thanks for the reply. Am I right in thinking that when adding a “Send table data” enrichment, you have to select the destination table? Like here - https://d.pr/i/QwVCaF For each row I want to select which table to send it to. For example, I might filter the Master Table to only show me people with “Designer” in their job title. With that filter list, I want to sent all of them to a table in the same Workbook called “Designer ICP”. I was kind of hoping that I might be able to select all the rows I want to send, and then in the blue “Actions” button there’d be an option called “Send to table” and then I select which table from there. But that doesn’t exist. Or… I filter the Master Table to only show the rows I want to send to to the Designer ICP table, and then I click on the “Run” icon in the table header. And it then asks me where I want to send those rows, and then it does it?

Creating a Workflow on Clay: Send Contacts to Campaign Tables

Hello - is this a channel where I can ask for help on creating a workflow on Clay? If so… here is what I’m trying to do:

1.
Master Table - where I have ~50,000 rows of contacts
2.
Campaign 1 - a Clay table inside the same Workbook that is connected to a specific campaign in Instantly
3.
Campaign 2 - a Clay table inside the same Workbook that is connected to a specific campaign in Instantly

In the Master Table I have all of my contacts. For each contact, when I am happy with the data enrichment, the email has been validated, etc… I then need to “send” that contact/row into one of the Campaign tables (Campaign 1 or Campaign 2). When the contact arrives into Campaign 1, it is then automatically processed and sent to an Instantly campaign. My question is this - is there a way of “sending” row from the Master Table into one of the Campaign tables, and when I do, to keep a record in the Master Table of which table I sent it to?

Hey Bo (. thanks for the message. I understand the import, but I’m also interested in in having the data in either our own DB or maybe something like Airtable. Is this possible? I’m guessing it is using Zapier, etc?

Creating and Exporting Datasets from Clay to Webflow CMS

Hey everyone… I’m sorry if this question has been asked before. It’s a question about creating a dataset in Clay, and then exporting that dataset into a Webflow CMS to create ~1000 pages Our website is built in Webflow. Our desired end state is around 1000 pages inside domain.com/directory which we will have created programmatically. i.e. we will be exporting data from Clay.com into a file (CSV?) and then importing that file into Webflow and it then creates the web pages programmatically in the CMS Collection. I believe I need to use the Webflow CMS API, but I wondered if anyone here had done something like this in the past and had any pointers? Thanks!

Need Help with LinkedIn Enrichment for Personalized Outreach Messages?

Hello everyone What I have I have a Clay table with a bunch of people. I have the following key bits - Name, Title, Company, Email, Person LinkedIn URL, Company website, Company LinkedIn URL Desired outcome I am trying to create a personalised opening for each person. For example: Hey {{firstName}}, Love that you’re combining cutting-edge engineering solutions with cloud-based technology to enhance the Financial Services industry. Or something like that. My problem I have the persons LinkedIn URL, and I was thinking there could be an enrichment that allowed me to get everything from their profile - summary, job history, etc - and that I could use ChatGPT to look at the summary and write based on that? The problem I have is that I can’t find any LinkedIn enrichment options - am I going blind, or am I just stupid 😄

Hey - thanks Muhammad S. really appreciate the help. I managed to get it all done in Apollo and Clay. I searched for the job title I want to email, exported them all into Clay… and then enriched it with Find People, search for “designers”. When it came back that there wasn’t a designer, it threw up a “No records” and I just filtered on that. Amazingly simple. Thanks again!
