Hiring Inbox Manager @ Our Firmrtunity to grow & leverage GTM engineering) Mission: Manage replies and follow-ups from our high-volume outbound campaigns to secure meetings with mid-market and enterprise executives. Room to grow into larger GTM engineer role for the org if you have experience. What You’ll Do:
Monitor 5,000–25,000/day outbound campaigns and manage daily reply volume
Respond to warm leads professionally, in a tone aligned with a high-trust advisory firm.
Book appointments and update CRM records accordingly.
Follow up on stale threads, loop back in prospects, and maintain clean, tagged inboxes.
Flag hot leads and route them to the founder when appropriate.
Bonus (Not Required):
Experience writing cold outbound copy.
Experience running outbound campaigns (Clay, Apollo, Smartlead, etc.).
List building and lead enrichment skills.
Familiarity with CRMs
Details:
Part-time (15–20 hrs/week) to start, with potential for growth.
Fully remote.
Must be available during US (EST) working hours.
Flexible schedule with asynchronous communication, plus weekly check-in.
Growth path available: this can evolve into a broader GTM or ops role over time.
