Each engagement runs ~90 days. ๐ข We'll share the full scope of projects with candidates who are a fit. Your responsibilities:
Receive a brief and execute end-to-end โ from targeting criteria to live campaign
Scope and map a total addressable market โ identify the right verticals, titles, and company profiles for each engagement
Source & enrich contact lists from Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Nav, D7, and other databases
Proactively identify and suggest alternative sources when standard databases fall short โ custom scrapers, unstructured data, etc
Apply spintax for email variation and deliverability (copywriting is a plus)
Upload and configure leads in a sequencer (Email Bison, Instantly, or similar) and get campaigns live
Launch, monitor, and edit/improve cold email campaigns
You're a fit if:
You've managed outbound campaigns end-to-end
You have experience across multiple industries and adapt quickly to a new brief
You bring ideas to the table โ creative approaches to databases, sourcing, and targeting
You can show us past results: lists built, tables built, copy written, spintax applied, results driven for clients

Respond to warm leads professionally, in a tone aligned with a high-trust advisory firm.
Book appointments and update CRM records accordingly.
Follow up on stale threads, loop back in prospects, and maintain clean, tagged inboxes.
Flag hot leads and route them to the founder when appropriate.
Bonus (Not Required):
Experience writing cold outbound copy.
Experience running outbound campaigns (Clay, Apollo, Smartlead, etc.).
List building and lead enrichment skills.
