Hey! I'm at a a Series B with a pretty narrow ICP - ~50k direct users, ~10-20k Decision makers, ~200-300k influencers. We're moving away from PLG to sales-led.
My idea is to map our TAM then use intent + marketing/product signals to target people with SDR (outreach) and automated outbound (instantly).
Two questions:
Does that sound about right?
Is there any benefit of keeping ZoomInfo or best to keep it as a complement? I see it as a duplicative tool but curious if anyone has made this move too
