We are NOT an email only outbound-focused company; much of my work involves giving the reps the ammo to succeed. Qualifying accounts, creating account segments, scoring/prioritizing persona development, etc.
We work alot with existing tools like the CRM (Mostly Hubspot) and Sales Engagement Platform (Apollo/outreach/Saleloft), Ideally would love for someone who knows how clay+CRM+Seps+Dialers work together.

• Customization & Optimization: Tailor Clay solutions to meet specific GTM goals, such as lead enrichment, audience segmentation, and personalized outreach.
• Integration Support: Connect Clay to CRMs, marketing automation tools, and other GTM systems to ensure seamless data flow.
• Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and resolve issues related to Clay workflows and integrations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to identify and execute projects that drive measurable results.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience as a GTM Engineer, Revenue Operations Specialist, or a similar role in a GTM-focused environment.
• Strong proficiency with Clay and a solid understanding of its capabilities.
• Experience working with APIs to retrieve, process, and integrate data into workflows.
• Demonstrated success in building, enriching, and qualifying account and contact lists for GTM initiatives.
• Knowledge of GTM tools and systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or similar.
• Experience with data enrichment, automation, and workflow design.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning and adapting new technologies.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex workflows to non-technical team members.
