JOB opportunity: Email marketing & ops manager (GTM engineer)

We focus on running seamless email and LinkedIn (HeyReach) campaigns that drive results for our clients while also ensuring our internal marketing brings in high-quality leads and builds brand awareness.
🎉 We’re looking for an Email Marketing & Operations Manager – someone who can ensure our client campaigns run at full velocity while also overseeing LFG’s own outbound efforts.
📍 Location & Work Setup:
London-based with an office on The Strand in Soho Works—join us for a great work environment and free breakfast!
Remote applications equally welcome (we are remote first), but great if you occasionally come into the office.
Available as a full-time or part-time role, but minimum commitment of three days per week (equivalent hours).
Compensation: Price dependent on experience.
Key Responsibilities
Client Campaign Management – Own the execution of client campaigns, making sure everything runs at full speed and nothing slips through the cracks.
Client Data Management – Be proactive in finding and managing data (using Apollo, Apify, Clay, etc.), ensuring we have the right contacts and personalized outreach at scale.
Client Onboarding & Strategy Execution – Take new client insights from onboarding and turn them into live, high-performing campaigns using our proven processes.
LFG Campaign Creation – Develop and execute creative, strategic outbound campaigns for LFG to attract new clients.
🔥 Tech Stack: Clay, Smartlead, Apollo, Apify, etc.
Work Expectations
Meet twice per week on Zoom for check-ins and project updates.
Ad hoc tasks as needed, with ongoing communication via Slack.
Must be highly responsive, proactive, and independent in executing tasks.

✅ Proficiency with GTM tech stacks, particularly Clay and SmartLead, with experience designing and executing outbound email campaigns.
