🚀 We’re hiring a freelancer to support our ops + growth team! Hey everyone 👋 We’re looking for someone to support Sofia, our Head of Ops, on a mix of operational and campaign tasks for our (almost) all-girl agency. You’d be helping us with: 💌 Writing and refining outbound email scripts 🚀 Uploading, testing, and QA-ing campaigns in Smartlead 🤝 Working with our GTM Engineer to launch new campaigns quickly and accurately 💬 Replying to leads to help convert them — and building systems to automate this process 🧠 Using AI tools to personalise messaging and streamline repetitive tasks 🗣️ Key requirement: English must be your first/native language — this is essential for the quality and tone of our outreach.
