These are companies raising rounds, entering new markets, hitting inflection points, and we're in the room with them as it happens. Hiring: GTM Account Director - London / Hybrid What you'd be doing:
Owning client relationships end to end for high-growth, well-funded tech scaleups, strategy, account direction, and making sure results actually get delivered
Working directly alongside our founder on new business and pitches from day one, then taking on the accounts you help win
Delegating copy and data/list work to our GTM Engineer and copywriter once strategy is set, so your time stays on the client rather than execution
Bringing your own ideas to the table and testing new outbound approaches as the landscape shifts, not just running the existing playbook
Starting on our own internal outbound as your first account, so you're learning how we actually work before you're in front of clients
What we're looking for:
Real experience in a lead gen, outbound, or GTM agency, client-facing rather than purely operational
Comfortable directing outbound execution (Smartlead, HeyReach or similar) even if you're not building the workflows yourself
Strong commercial instincts - confident talking growth and ROI with founders and commercial leaders
AI native, using tools like Claude day to day and comfortable automating rather than repeating manual work
Low-maintenance and high-ownership - you bring solutions, not questions
Key Info:
Salary: up to £44,000+ depending on experience, plus bonus tied to client results and new business
Part-time or full-time: full-time
Location: London, 2 days a week in our Chancery Lane office, rest flexible
