Hi Maya, thank you for reaching out and sorry for the delayed response. With the holiday season, our support coverage has been limited.
Here is a breakdown of the credits used in that table. You can also review this anytime by clicking the “History” tab in the bottom right. About 4000 credits were used by ContactOut, which costs 12 credits per email address.
That said, I understand the results were not what you were expecting. As a gesture of goodwill, I have issued a partial refund of 5000 credits to your account as a one time courtesy.
Thank you so much for trying Clay, Maya. Please let us know if there is anything else we can help with, and wishing you a Merry Christmas.
Hi Willy, thank you so much for your thoughtful and insightful feedback. I really appreciate you sharing this from a user perspective.
I would love to pass your ideas along to the team, and I have a couple of clarifying questions to make sure I fully understand your proposals.
When you mention the full dataset such as TAM, row counts, and distributions, could you please elaborate on what you are envisioning? I want to be sure I am picturing the same thing as you.
Also, could you share more about what you mean by iterate on table structure and dependencies? How would this differ from the current Sandbox mode experience?
Thank you again for taking the time to share your voice. We truly value your input.
Hi Panos, thanks for following up. I tested this on my end and the field information is passed correctly to the new table when using the template.
Could you please share the exact steps you took to reproduce what you saw? If possible, include which template you used and where the field data seemed to go missing. Thank you so much.
Hi Mike, thank you for reaching out. Yes, Clay integration with Ocean.io supports both company look alike searches and contact look alike searches. Please note that contact look alike searches can only be run through an enrichment action in a column, not through the Find People search feature. Here's the document. https://www.clay.com/integrations/data-provider/ocean-io
Hi Guntoro, thank you. I’m glad to hear this signal source can pull company mentions on a scheduled basis.
For narrowing by location and job title, this enrichment can’t filter people directly. The best approach is to pull the list of people first, then run “Enrich People” so you can filter by job title and location from the enriched data.
