Even if the user himanshis@sprinto.com is removed or deactivated from your workspace, the account—including workflows, connections, and configurations—will not be impacted on the Clay side.

However, if the user associated with himanshis@sprinto.com is removed from connected apps such as HubSpot, integrations that rely on authentication-based logins may lose their connection with Clay. I’d recommend reviewing those configurations in advance to ensure everything remains properly if the user is removed from the connected app.

Regarding the billing email address, it would be better to update it to an active email address.

Hi Manuel, thank you so much for sharing this. I tested the workbook in my demo Clay environment and it worked successfully. I did notice that the “Find companies” filter settings were set to null when the template was copied, so I configured them manually. There was also a table settings update yesterday that may have impacted this. I’m sorry to ask for one more step, but could you please recreate the “Find company” source table using the template and let me know if you still see the same error?
