Responsibilities
Design and build sales automation workflows using tools like Clay, Make.com, N8n, and other no-code platforms.
Support lead generation campaigns by creating smart systems that fuel cold outreach via email and LinkedIn.
Collaborate in Notion for project management, documentation, and task tracking.
Analyze results, optimize workflows, and iterate based on feedback and performance.
Contribute to team-wide SOPs and internal knowledge-sharing as you grow in the role.
Requirements
Strong systems thinking and a knack for connecting tools and automations.
Hands-on experience with at least one no-code tool (e.g., Clay, Make.com, N8n, Zapier, Airtable).
Bonus if you’ve worked in sales, ops, or built lead gen workflows before.
Organized and responsive — able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Comfortable using Notion or similar tools for daily task management.
