Hey everyone,
I’ve been exploring the intersection of machine learning logic and outbound automation lately — trying to answer one question:
Can a GTM system learn from its own performance data the way a neural network adjusts its weights?
I come from a technical background (IIT alumnus, now building automation systems for growth teams), and over the past few months, I’ve been obsessed with turning outbound processes into self-improving systems — instead of static workflows.
That exploration led to a conceptual model I’ve been calling the Adaptive GTM Neural Loop (AGNL) — a framework that:
Scores and reweights every signal (title fit, industry, activity, timing) based on observed results.
Expands or narrows audience segments autonomously, based on reply thresholds.
Reduces optimization time across cycles by over 60% through compounding learning rate.
