Issues with Find Employees at Company Enrichment Tool

The "Find Employees at Company" enrichment seems to return "No Employees Found" no matter what inputs I give. I've double check Job Titles on the company's LinkedIn page, and can affirm that there are employees with the given job titles.

According to https://www.clay.com/blog/introducing-clay-pricing-3-0-the-most-flexible-credit-system-on-the-market there is an extra month grace period. If My billing cycle ends on May 8, and If I cancel my plan now, will I keep my credits until June 8?

Can I Cancel My Plan and Keep Unused Credits?

We bought 70k credits and are currently using them much more slowly than anticipated. Since there's not an option to change my plan to a free plan, can I cancel my plan and keep those credits?

Resolving App Blocked Error When Exporting to Google Sheets

I'm trying to export my tables to a Google Sheet or Google Doc, and get a "This app is blocked" This app tried to access sensitive info in your Google Account. To keep your account safe, Google blocked this access. How can I fix this?
