We bought 70k credits and are currently using them much more slowly than anticipated. Since there's not an option to change my plan to a free plan, can I cancel my plan and keep those credits?

After the grace period ends, your account will be capped at 200 credits. So, you can go ahead and cancel your plan if you wish.
