Unveiling the Largest Cold Email Deliverability Test Ever Conducted Hi everyone, I'm Ivan from www.SalesAutomation.systems and ColdEmailInfrastructure.com. As one of the leading cold email agencies, we're embarking on what we believe to be the most extensive cold email deliverability test ever undertaken. What's the Plan? We're investing over $100,000 of our own resources to send more than 1 million cold emails. This initiative aims to rigorously test various combinations of:
Mailbox Providers: Gmail, Outlook, and custom ESPs
Sequencers: Including platforms like instantly, smartlead, apollo
Data Providers: A diverse range to ensure comprehensive insights
Our goal is to identify the most effective strategies for cold email deliverability, providing valuable insights into what truly works in today's landscape. Why Are We Doing This? Deliverability is a critical factor in cold emailing success. By conducting this large-scale test, we aim to uncover actionable data that can benefit the entire community. How Can You Benefit? We're offering unrestricted access to the results of this study—no strings attached. If you're interested in receiving the findings, simply fill out this form (note: this is not a subscription): https://forms.salesautomation.systems/t/3uPrgh1zyEus Looking forward to sharing these insights with you all! Best regards, Ivan
Is it worth spending that much money into something that is continuously changing and so unpredictable? What if something got changed immediately right after you are done testing 🙂 Good luck though
Muhammad S. It`s not that unpredictable, and we have clients paying us to be the best, so thats what we reinvest in. Sending about 6M emails monthly currently, on the road to hit 10M soon!
curious: Do you not track the data on the millions of emails being sent every month already?
We do track it, but we cannot afford to test stuff out on client accounts 🙂
Why not take the insights from your client campaigns. Much larger dataset at this point, no?
We have it, but wont risk testing with clients campaigns. for our clients we do what we think is best Aaron. Also, we cannot move thousands of emails over to different providers just to test something out, seems illogical doesnt it
So all your clients are using mailboxes from one mail provider, what you say does not add up. Why not plot the graphs on the existing data. No one can know what data is behind those graphs, you will see the graph, make a decision and tell people your findings. I am saying all this because I have done this, i went really deep into deliverability at once point in time. If you are sending millions of emails per month this is what you would already have(i assume) if you are tracking the data 1- Mailboxes from tons of mailbox providers across different clients 2- Tons of samples of emails sent to approx every app mailbox providers i.e MS, google, smtp, etc etc 3- 1000s of bounces information across different clients, different mailbox providers and email clients.
Muhammad you need to relax bud. Look me and my agency up, we serve some of the biggest clients possible mate. I am not going to go deep on how we do what we do here. What I will do is, once we test this out properly deliver the data to people who are interested. If you are not, than please stop wasting my time and yours. Cheers.
