Navigating Onboarding Challenges: Insights on Workflow Success
I'm in the new user “uniformed enthusiasm → informed pessimism → informed enthusiasm” cycle after what I would say is 6-10 hours of onboarding. The Salesforce integration for importing data, the sourcing of companies/contacts for my industry (third party logistics) has been spotty at best, and the email campaign seems potentially ok. All the use cases I had in mind generally don't look like they will pan out anywhere close to what I had in mind. My industry is industrial real estate, and my use case is generally revolves around biz dev to large corporates. Nothing fancy or overly technical. I'm assuming I just need to keep at it. And that's ok. I'm just curious, how many people got all set up, have a clean workflow that they are crushing with? Its an aspiration and just wondering how possible it is based on what I have seen and experienced thus far.
