Years ago (like probably 8-10) I got a warning from LinkedIn that I can’t just add people I don’t know (I’d manually added a bunch of people who were attending a conference I was going to) and if I got dinged again, I’d lose my account - but I see people doing this all day/every day on LinkedIn…. since I’ve had my LinkedIn account for years I kinda don’t wanna lose it… trying to work out how things work these days. Any insights? 🤔
Hey Pete - I bet you have Linkedin premium, right? And on another note, I think I also get that warning from Linkedin, and I honestly don’t do much about it! I just slow down on that day and try to not send as MANY requests per day. However, I only used to send 50-100 connections request, with people I already had connections in common, how many are you sending?
Hey Pete, actually yes! I don’t think it’s something I would worry abt. But if you are, I know Linkedin premium gives you a credit of $300 worth of ads - so if you want to grow you network ‘without risks’ it could be interesting to try it out!
