Need Assistance with Importing Leads from Close CRM to Clay

Can anyone help with pulling leads from Close CRM into clay? My goal is to pull warm leads created in close as soon as an lead status is attached to the lead, then i want the lead to be enriched via clay and then pulled back into close with a new lead status attached. The bit i'm struggling with is importing from close CRM in the first place, when i create a blank table in clay for that it doesn't pull across any data even though i have plenty of data in close

    Here's how to set up the Close CRM integration with Clay for your workflow: 1. First, set up the Close integration: • Go to Settings > Connections • Click "+ Add Connection" and select Close • Enter your Close API key and name your account 2. To import leads from Close: • Use the "Lookup Objects" action • Select your Close account • Choose "Lead" as the object type • Use the Visual Query Builder to create a filter for your warm leads • Configure auto-update settings to automatically process new rows 3. Once the leads are in Clay: • Set up your desired enrichment actions • Clay will automatically enrich and update the records with fresh data 4. To send enriched data back to Close: • Use the "Update Leads" action • Specify the Lead ID (from your initial import) • Map the enriched fields and new lead status • The system will automatically update your CRM with the latest information

    Hey! Can you send us the table URL? Typically that happens because Close doesn't allow you to bring older data through that method and will only add the newly found leads. If you want to update those existing leads, you'd need to import the data through CSV instead. Let me know if you have more questions
