Hi all, i am trying to find the number of people in the customer service function in companies that are 10 to 500 size which are in north america and are in industries like fintech, insurance, real estate, consumer services, other consumer businesses. I assume some command or a combination of commands will allow me to build a column that has the number of customer service professionals in that company. What would be the best way to accomplish this?
Hi there! 😊 To find the number of customer service professionals in companies that meet your criteria (size, location, and industries), here’s the best way to approach it in Clay: 1. Create a new table in your workspace. 2. Use the Find People function. 3. Enter keywords related to customer service roles (e.g., “customer support,” “client relations”) or use suggested keywords from Clay. 4. Set the filters for company size (10 to 500 employees), location (North America), and select industries like fintech, insurance, real estate, consumer services, and other consumer businesses. You can find more details on using the Find People feature here: Clay University - Find People. Let me know if you need further guidance, and happy building! 💪
