For waterfall run condition issues, try these troubleshooting steps: Check Conditional Logic: ** Navigate to Run Settings of your waterfall action and click "Use AI" ** Define your conditional logic and click "Generate formula" to translate it into a formula ** Verify sample outputs to ensure conditions behave as expected Force Run if Stuck: ** Click the column header of queued enrichments ** Hover over Run column field and select Force to jumpstart the run ** Right-click the column and choose Run All Rows that haven't run or have errors Waterfall-Specific Issues: Multiple providers may run if emails found are invalid, continuing until a valid email is found. The conditional logic is built into waterfall integrations. If issues persist, request human assistance by clicking "Talk to a person".
