Getting this error whenever I try to add google sheet. Missed my previous cohort due to this.
Try these steps to resolve the connection issue:
Verify your Google account - Ensure you're using the correct Google account that has access to that spreadsheet.
Reconnect your account - Remove the current Google Sheets connection and add it again: • Click "Add Account" and sign into your Google account • Type a name for your account and click "Save" [1]
Clear your browser cache - Clear your cache and refresh the page to resolve persistent errors.
If the issue persists after trying these steps, click on "Talk to a person" to request human assistance for further troubleshooting.

Can you share the exact error message and the Google Sheet URL you’re trying to add? Also confirm the sheet’s sharing is set to “Anyone with the link can view.” If you can, include a quick screenshot of the step where it fails.

Hey Bo (. I want to lookup the data from Clay and use the Export to Google Sheet and do a lookup. I tried changing the share settings, view, edit as you can see in the SS. I can't even sign in as it's a free account. So whenever I add the Gsheet URL, "There was an issue...." message shows up

That error appears because your current plan doesn’t include Google Sheets integration. You’ll need to upgrade to a higher plan to use the “Export to Google Sheet” feature.
Once you upgrade, you’ll be able to connect your account and export without any issue.
Im in the Cohort and it worked for others.
You’ll need to ask the cohorts team you’re part of — they’ll be able to enable this for you!
They asked to reach out to support and just cuz of this issue I couldn’t finish the cohort
