What should I do, when I get this as reasoning. I have removed the name of the website & names of providers below: I visited a website and examined the site. The providers summary widget shows placeholder values of zeros, so no explicit total providers summary is available. On the visible providers listing pages I found three named provider entries (Dr. A, B & C). A "Load More" control is present, indicating additional providers may be loaded dynamically/paginated; because I could only count the visible entries without triggering the dynamic loading, I report the counted visible number as 3 and note the limitation that the full total may be larger and requires interacting with the site to load all entries.
