anyone know what the best data provider for github cloud- do i have to use hg insights or is predict leads sufficient?

For GitHub data, you can use our native GitHub integration which accesses user details, repo metrics, contributors, and more directly through the GitHub API. [1]
You don't necessarily need HG Insights for basic GitHub data - our GitHub integration can pull user profiles, repository information, and organization data. [2] HG Insights is better for broader tech stack analysis and company technographics rather than specific GitHub user/repo data. [3]

For finding companies using GitHub Cloud specifically, you'll want to use HG Insights. You can use the "Verify technology usage" action to determine which companies use particular products. [1]
Set it up by adding an HG Insights enrichment, then in the "Products" field enter "GitHub" or "GitHub Cloud" to find companies using that technology stack. [2] This will show you which companies have GitHub Cloud in their tech stack rather than just having a GitHub presence.
