How to Exclude Existing Domains When Using Ocean.io with Clay Audiences

We currently have audiences set up in our Clay org. I am wondering if we could use it with Ocean.io's Find lookalike people enrichment. I would like to be able to exclude it from returning any domains that exist already in our Audience database. Is there any way to do this right now?

Yes! You can absolutely exclude domains from your Audience database using Ocean.io's "Find lookalike people" enrichment. The integration has a "Domains to exclude" field where you can specify company domains to exclude from the results. [1]
You can map your Audience table's domain column to this exclusion field, which will prevent Ocean.io from returning any people from companies that already exist in your Audience database. [2] This works exactly like what you're seeing in your screenshot where you have "SFDC: Company" mapped to the "Domains to exclude" field.
